Websyi

Glossary

The words we use, in plain language.

Short definitions of the terms that appear across Websyi's services, process, and packages, written for business owners rather than engineers.

What Websyi builds

AI website

A business website built with lead capture, analytics, CRM handoff, and AI-powered customer journeys, so visitors become enquiries without manual follow-up.

AI chatbot

A conversational assistant trained on your business knowledge that handles sales, support, FAQ, booking, and lead qualification conversations.

Custom AI agent

Software that does work rather than only answering questions: it researches, writes, summarizes, classifies, responds, and triggers workflows, internally or for customers.

Business automation

Connecting emails, forms, spreadsheets, CRMs, and documents so reminders, reporting, and follow-ups run without someone doing them by hand.

AI marketing system

A repeatable marketing process made of content pipelines, campaign workflows, lead magnets, follow-up systems, and performance tracking.

Custom AI tool

A lightweight internal application such as a dashboard, document processor, knowledge search tool, or business assistant built around one clear job.

How systems work

Workflow

The sequence of steps a piece of work actually follows in a business, from the first trigger to the finished result. Websyi maps this before choosing any tool.

Lead capture

Collecting a visitor's details and intent through forms, chat, or booking so the enquiry reaches the right person or system.

CRM handoff

Passing a captured lead into the customer relationship management tool the business already uses, with the context needed to follow up.

Trigger

An event, such as a form submission or a new email, that starts an automated workflow.

Human approval

A step where a person reviews and confirms an automated action before it reaches a customer, a contract, or an invoice.

Knowledge base

The documents, FAQs, and business information a chatbot or agent is trained on so its answers match how the business really works.

How Websyi works with you

Project context

The short description a client sends to start: what the business does, the workflow that takes the most time, tools in use, and what a good result looks like.

Discovery call

A short conversation after the project context is received, used to confirm the workflow and the outcome before a scope is written.

Scope

The written description of what will be built, what it connects to, and what is out of scope, shared with a timeline before work begins.

Package

A starting point for one clear business outcome, such as AI Website Starter or Business Automation System. Packages are not fixed price lists.

Handover

The documentation and walkthrough delivered at launch so the client's own team can operate the system without Websyi.

Improve phase

The optional review after launch where usage is examined and the system is refined or extended.
